FAQ

The cost per square foot can vary significantly depending on numerous factors, making it difficult to provide a single, accurate figure that applies to all projects. Each home we build is unique, with costs influenced by factors such as:

  • Lot characteristics and location
  • Home design and complexity
  • Quality of materials and finishes chosen
  • Current market conditions for labor and materials
  • Specific client requirements and customizations

It’s important to note that comparing price per square foot between different builders may not guarantee the outcome you desire. Two homes with the same square footage can have vastly different costs based on quality, features, and design complexity.
We recommend discussing your specific project in detail with our team. This allows us to provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your unique needs and preferences, ensuring you get the best value for your investment. Our goal is to work within your budget while delivering the highest quality home possible.

We operate on a fixed cost model for our home building projects. This approach offers predictable budgeting. It incentivizes efficient completion and provides transparent, all-inclusive pricing. Fixed costs simplify decision-making for upgrades and allow us to focus on quality rather than cost-tracking. This aligns with our commitment to delivering a stress-free, transparent building experience, ensuring you have financial certainty and peace of mind throughout the process.

Yes, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all our new homes through Millennium Insurance. Read more about New Home Warranty here.

We schedule regular site visits for homeowners at key stages of construction. For safety reasons, we ask that you don’t visit the site without a company representative present.

We typically schedule a 3-month and 11-month follow-up to address the warranty issues that may have arisen.

A construction mortgage, also known as a builder’s mortgage, allows you to withdraw the entire loan amount at predetermined stages of home construction. Allow us to explain.

Construction mortgages are granted on the basis of progress payments. The total amount you need to borrow to finish your construction is given to you in stages, also known as “draws,” as you complete various levels of completion.

This option is preferred by Luxxify Builders.

Construction draw schedules usually involve 3-5 payments, released at key milestones such as foundation completion, lock-up stage, and final completion.

On average, building a custom home takes approximately 12 months, depending on the complexity of the design, size of the home, and other factors like weather and material availability, it can range between 12-24 months.

The main stages typically include site preparation and foundation, framing, exterior finishes, interior rough-ins, insulation and drywall, interior finishes, and final touches.

Minor changes may be possible, but significant alterations after construction begins can lead to delays and increased costs. We recommend finalizing your design before construction starts.
