Congratulations to the first time home buyer on commencing your journey towards homeownership. The first step is finding out how much you can get pre-approved for. Knowing this amount is crucial for you to start exploring new homes for sale in Edmonton.
01. Consultation
We discuss the essence of the project, set deadlines and prepare the terms of reference.
02. Design Process
After the mortgage pre-approval, we work on the architectural drawing for you. We consult with you at the first draft where we honour any change requests before finalizing the drawing.
03. Concept
We prepare some variations of the exterior elevations design in 2D (sketch and/or line drawing) to give you an idea about the facades.
04. Selection of Materials
We make a list of the materials suitable for the project i.e. Spec list (it is subject to change based on material availability).
05. Visualization
We prepare the exterior and interior 3D renderings to help you visualize the final look of your home.
06. Coordination
We discuss the work done so far on the project and launch it into the permit stage.
07. Implementation
Once the permits are approved, we prepare the site to commence work and transform the project into reality. You will be updated at different Construction phases, normally three-four major phases.
08. Project Handover
We are at the end phase now and after the closing formalities we handover the finished home to you. This is your possession day!
